Hello and welcome!

I‘m Den Vecchio, a play and creative arts therapist working with children, adolescents, and adults in the lovely City of Bristol.

I believe working creatively is not only useful but often a powerfully direct way of accessing and exploring things that may be difficult to make sense of, or talk about, yet impact on our lives; creativity and play can move us towards a greater understanding of ourselves and support a healthier way of living.

For some, working in this way can be more helpful than predominantly talking therapies. For children, play and creativity are their natural way of communicating and making sense of their worlds.

Along with play therapy and sandplay, I offer creative arts supervision, and am a licensed Parent-Child Attachment Play and Baby Bonding Practitioner. If you are interested in any of the services I offer, or have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
